The Leadership Academy Series is designed for executive directors, supervisors, department leaders and other organizational leaders who have a commitment to change the culture of burnout. Participants in this three-part series are prepared to become a Train the Trainer for their organizations while earning free CEUs.

In this training, participants will gain an understanding of organizational burnout. Also, participants will learn the significance of employee and workplace wellness and the difference between individual and organizational wellness. Finally, participants will examine different organizational wellness assessments.
Date: September 03, 2024 | 12:00 PM - 01:30 PM
Participants will review and use their organizational wellness data to discuss goals and objectives to improve wellness in their workplace. Participants will learn about structures to support wellness in an organization and possible wellness interventions.
Date: November 12, 2024 | 12:00 PM - 01:30 PM
In this training, participants will review different evaluation methods to assess their organizational wellness plan. Participants also will identify key elements of an evaluation plan, including key outcomes associated with integrating wellness interventions.
