Self-Compassion

What: Unlike self-pity, self-compassion involves recognizing and accepting one's pain without being overwhelmed by it. Adopting self-compassion can foster emotional wellbeing.

Benefits: Self-compassion can significantly reduce psychological distress, including depression and anxiety.
